Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Standard shipping times are typically 2–5 business days once your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (where offered).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
