Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience shopping with us. While we stand behind the quality of our products, please understand that supplements are consumable goods and have special return restrictions.

1. Returns & Exchanges

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used supplements. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. To help us process this quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is on its way, it cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please reach out directly to the carrier. We’ll do our best to support you where possible.

5. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

7. Important Notes

  • Refunds are only available for orders that meet the conditions above.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not fall within this policy.
