Glooz™ NiteCaps are made with magnesium citrate, vitamin B6, melatonin, and a calming botanical blend including chamomile, passionflower, and lemon balm. These work together to promote deep, restorative sleep and help regulate your natural sleep cycle.

Take one capsule 20–30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water. For the best results, try to maintain a consistent sleep routine by going to bed and waking up around the same time each day.

No — NiteCaps are formulated to help you fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed, not sluggish. Most customers report waking up clear-headed, energized, and ready for the day.

NiteCaps are made with natural, non-GMO ingredients and are safe for most adults. However, if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medications, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Our formula is non-GMO, allergen-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian-friendly.

Each bottle contains 60 capsules (1 month supply) if taken nightly.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after processing. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

At this time, Glooz™ ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Glooz™ is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly — we’ll assist where possible.
